Mike helped to found the company in 2016, and he continues to work hard for customers day in and day out. He keeps multiple lines of communication open, which helps him build and maintain customer relationships with the Class 1 Railroads. He agrees that customer satisfaction is the key to success, and he lives this motto every day. No job is too big or too small!

Kurt has 30 years of experience in the sales management industry. Over 10 years of that experience has been with the railroads. He has been instrumental in contract development, price negotiations, and with the building and maintaining of long-term customer partnerships. He has been with Class 1 since it was founded by Mike & Lora in 2016. 

Robert has over 10 years of experience in the railroad industry. He specializes in driving business growth and expanding the presence of Class 1 in the railroad sector. He also works hard to establish and build both new and long-term customer relationships.

With 7 years of railroad experience, Jordan is responsible for scheduling jobs in all divisions in the Midwest & Texas. He ensures safety requirements are met, focuses on customer satisfaction, and is passionate about the growth of the business. He is continuously establishing customer relationships to guarantee success.
